Design-build
Why one team matters.
In a traditional bid-build project, you hire a designer, then collect bids from contractors who weren't part of the plan. With design-build, Synchronous Construction handles both — so the design is shaped by what it costs and how it's installed, and there's one accountable team if questions come up.

It starts with a free estimate conversation. We learn what you want to change, look at the space, and talk honestly about budget and timing.

Design
We turn your inspiration into a workable plan — layouts, drawings, and material choices — refined with our installation experience.

Proposal
You receive a written proposal with a clear scope, selections, and schedule. Third-party material discounts we receive are passed on to you.

Build
Our crews and trusted trades build to the plan. You get regular updates and a single point of contact the whole way through.

Walkthrough
We walk the finished project with you, address any final details, and make sure you're completely satisfied.
