Yes. We are licensed, bonded, and insured, and can provide certificates of insurance on request.

With design-build, one team handles both design and construction. In bid-build, you hire a designer first and then collect bids from separate contractors. Design-build keeps budget, design, and installation aligned, with a single point of accountability.

Both. Residential work includes kitchens, bathrooms, decks, patios, and additions. Light commercial work ranges from office refreshes to buildings not exceeding 4 stories, including warehouse and showroom build-outs. We do not build high-rises.

Independence, Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, and the greater Cleveland–Akron area. We take on larger projects in surrounding states.

Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, and closed Sunday.

Estimates start with a free conversation. We then visit the site, discuss design and materials, and provide a written proposal. Third-party material discounts we receive are passed on to you.
